At Vishnu Travels, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while considering the advance commitments made towards hotels, transport, permits, and other travel arrangements.
Important Notes
- Cancellation must be informed through call or written message (WhatsApp / Email)
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Any non-refundable bookings (hotels, tickets) will be deducted
- During peak season / festival dates, cancellation charges may vary
No Show Policy
- If the customer does not arrive on the travel date: No refund will be provided
Unforeseen Situations
- In case of natural issues like rain, landslides, roadblocks, refunds are not applicable. However, we will support with alternative arrangements wherever possible.
